If you have ever
been in a hail storm the most obvious damage that you can see is to your
car. You can see the damage immediately after the last stone has
fallen from the sky. You look at the hood and roof of your car and
the one smooth surface is now riddled with small or large dents.
Most people do not ever consider that the house that
they may have been in at the time of the hail storm was damaged as well.
Your roof is just as susceptible to the hail as
the hood of your car. When hail hits your roof it creates a
bruise. This bruise may have even cracked the fiberglass membrane and
can allow water to seep into your home. It may not leak the day
after the storm but over time it will happen.
The
damage sometimes is not visible to the average person. A trained
professional should be called to examine the extent of the damage.
