  Roofing:

-Negotiate the claim with the insurance company

-Interview all suppliers to ensure premium products at low cost to you

-Bring samples to your home at a convenient time for you

-Pull all permits

-Complete tear off and replace

-Meet with City Building Inspector as required

-Hand-nail shingles where applicable

- Rep on job site for the duration of the construction

-Complete clean up, fluff bushes, magnetic roll yard and dispose of all trash

-No dumpsters will be used as to prevent damage to driveways.

-Hand-carry all shingles to the roof peak so that the weight of the materials will not damage the joists  

            Siding:

-Negotiate the claim with insurance company

-Bring samples to your home at a convenient time for you

-Interview all suppliers to ensure premium products at low cost to you

-Pull all permits

-Complete tear off and replace

-Meet with City Building Inspector as required

- Rep on job site for the duration of the construction

-Tyvek/insulation will be used on every job per Minnesota/Wisconsin code

-Hand-nail siding

-Flash and use j-channel around all windows and doors

-Complete clean up, fluff bushes and dispose of all trash.

-Dumpsters to accommodate the excess weight and and trash

            Gutters:

-Negotiate the claim with insurance company

-Bring samples to your home at a convenient time for you

-Our reps will schedule an inspection at a time that is convenient to you

-We will represent your best interests when meeting the insurance adjuster

-We will bring all samples to your home

-Most roofing jobs are completed in one day

-Most siding jobs will be done in two days

-We will give you step by step instructions to prepare you for the day of the job

-We will schedule your job upon insurance approval.

-We will allow you enough time to prepare for your job.

-We will complete your time consuming paperwork

-Save you time and money by bringing the color/product samples right to your door

-Walk with you step by step through the entire construction process
